Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in India or internationally using our standard shipping methods or the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon location if it's in metro cities or very remote location.

Shipping Time:

All online orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. For all other orders, items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using local transport may not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Charges:

  1. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
  2. International orders: Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the contact us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Returns, Exchange & Cancellations Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting customer care on +91- 7829117991 or email on immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, product name and model number, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement or returns are subject to approval by management.

Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason or the product is damaged or defective, please contact FitPhilia customer care on +91-7829117991 or email on for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.

Return Exceptions:

In case following conditions are not met, FitPhilia reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  1. The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery
  2. Items and packaging must be received in new condition
  3. Items have been used, or altered
  4. The original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged and repacked properly to avoid transit damage
  5. Packaging must include all original items, manuals, any included gifts, etc.
  6. Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Before returning package you need to contact FitPhilia to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use the phone number listed on the website or e-mail
  7. Return package must include the original invoice copy or the sale receipt

Shipping charges on returns, exchange or cancellations:

  1. If you have an exchange for the same amount of the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below
  2. Shipment and pickup charges to be borne by customer
  3. In case of transit damage, it is advised that customers do not accept the material from Courier delivery boy and mention reason as "Package in Damaged Condition"

How Long would it take for Refund or Exchange shipment?

  1. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue the refund within 5 working days and in the same form as the original payment type
  2. If you have opted for exchange then please refer to shipping policy document for shipment time

Cancellations Policy:

  1. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Entire amount would be refunded to your account. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy
  2. We reserve rights to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability
  3. If your order is canceled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account
