Bad form or wrong postures are one of the major reasons for causing injuries. It occurs when you are doing a sport or activity wrongly and are likely to increase if you are rapidly accelerating the intensity, duration, or frequency of the activity.
  3. Using wrong equipment
Using the wrong set of equipment, especially shoes, and applying the wrong techniques for certain moves are definite path to injuries. One should always use the right equipment for training and exercise.
  4. Following the wrong diet
It is said that athletes are made in the kitchen. What you eat is directly going to affect your performance. Eating unhealthy or even healthy food which is not in line for your training requirement can lead to exertion and hence injuries.
